What you share
The enquiry form collects your email address and description of the update you need. Your name and store URL are optional. We also record a request reference and submission time. Please do not send passwords, payment details, customer records, or other sensitive data.
How we use it
We use your information to understand your request, prepare a quote, and reply. We do not sell enquiry information or add you to a marketing list.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website and stores form enquiries in its D1 database. Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and network signals to help prevent spam. Microsoft Outlook handles email correspondence. These providers may process information in other countries.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views, referral sources, and page performance. It does not use cookies or local storage for analytics or fingerprint individual visitors. We do not send enquiry form contents to analytics.
How long we keep form enquiries
A daily cleanup removes form enquiries from the active database once they are 90 days old. Temporary recovery copies follow Cloudflare’s backup retention settings. Email correspondence and files for an agreed project are handled separately.

Email us to ask about your information or request deletion. Project files and ongoing correspondence are handled separately from initial enquiries.
